Affordable Warm Peel DTF Heat Transfer Film

This is a very affordable warm peel direct to transfer (DTF) film available in sheets and rolls. Works with all direct-to-film (DTF) and direct-to-garment (DTG) printers. Warm Peel DTF film save time because you can peel quickly after transferring without waiting for it to cool. Warm peel film provides bright colors and a softer feel. Use these DTF films on a variety of tshirts, hoodies and more. They work great on cotton and polyester.

Once printed, the DTF film works similar to a heat transfer. Apply with a heat press and then peel the film off.

Direction - How to Apply the DTF Transfer Hot Peel Film

  1. Apply Lawson's DTF powder to the printed film.
  2. Once your image is on the film and the DTF powder is applied and cured, set your heat press somewhere between 275 - 300 degrees.
  3. Place the DTF transfer on your garment, powder side down. You may cover with a piece of DTF Transfer paper to protect your heat press if you want.
  4. Press for about 12 - 17 seconds with medium/heavy pressure, depending on temperature and garment.
  5. Lift up the heat press, pause for approximately 3 seconds, then peel.
  6. For a softer feel, after peeling the paper, place a teflon sheet over the image and press for about 5 seconds with medium pressure.

Testing prior to production is always recommended.
