Bright Green DI-802 LB | Low-Cure and Low-Bleed

Dynamic Ink Bright Green DI-802 LB is one of the premier plastisol screen printing inks. It offers the best opacity and bleed resistance on polyester, 50/50 blends, and other fabrics. This low-cure ink, curing at 270–280°F, helps eliminate dye migration on even the most challenging "bleeders".

All Dynamic Ink flashes quickly, allowing you to speed up production when printing a white underbase. You can print-flash-print or print wet-on-wet, depending on your screen printing job.

All inks in the Dynamic Series are non-phthalate and lead-free. The Dynamic Series offers vibrant colors and a creamy plastisol ink straight from the bucket. The high opacity helps screen printers achieve better prints with a great feel.

Curing Instructions: Flash at approximately 220°F for 3–5 seconds and cure at 270–280°F.

Clean Up and On-Press Color Changes: Use a press wash for on-press color changes and an ink degrader when removing the ink. The stencil can then be saved, or you can reclaim the entire screen printing frame.

Storage Information: Store at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight. Best used within one year of the manufacturing date.
